Our Story
At Healing Judah Wellness, we are committed to providing personalized wellness coaching based primarily on biblical principles, decades of clinical and real-world experience to every individual and couple we work with. Our approach focuses on holistic well-being and aims to support individuals/ couples in achieving balance in all areas of their lives through utilizing the power within that is available to all of us through the Most High, God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
It is hard to find true biblical therapeutic coaching in the world today as most services (and sadly even many places of worship/ churches) are tailored to worldly advice which leads people further astray, into deeper problems and away from true deliverance and healing. But we are offering something different through Healing Judah Wellness...

How Our Coaching Works
Consultation
We begin with a consultation to understand your wellness goals and identify areas of concerns and strengths as well as your needs, integrating biblical principles into the process. This is a 30-minute virtual session and requires completing the Questionnaire and a $55 non-refundable fee is required to schedule.
Personalization
Based on the consultation, if all parties agree that we are a good fit, we then agree on a coaching package and we tailor a personalized wellness plan rooted in biblical principles, addressing your specific spiritual, mental, and physical needs.
Support
Don and Dr. Kim will provide continuous support and guidance, incorporating biblical wisdom to nurture and encourage you throughout your wellness journey. Number of sessions will be based on your chosen package.
Progress Tracking
We monitor your progress and adjust the wellness plan as needed to ensure holistic growth and well-being that will last far beyond when sessions are completed.
Feedback
Your feedback is invaluable. We attentively listen and adapt our approach to ensure that you are thriving in alignment with the goals initially set. A survey will be given after the completion of your sessions.
Maintenance
Once you complete your package and prayerfully have achieved your wellness goals, you will become a part of our HJW community where we will continue to guide you in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle rooted in biblical principles for long-term (and eternal) well-being.

How to Begin

After our team reviews it, we will reach out to schedule your consultation.
Consultations are virtual, 30 minutes and are $55 USD and is non-refundable.
Therapy vs Coaching
Although Dr. Kim is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and practiced many years as a clinical therapist, services through Healing Judah Wellness is considered coaching not therapy.
The main differences are:

You will not be diagnosed therefore we are unable to give you a superbill for reimbursement by your insurance company.

In coaching we utilize a collaborative approach where we identify goals, strategies, and we will provide accountability. We are straight forward.

We will focus on personal growth with detailed action plans for self-improvement.

We will go deep below the surface to help you gain clarity on who you are to help you understand how to reach your goals depending on what your expressed goals are for coaching.

We are giving you the tools primarily utilizing the word of God (the Bible) as the key component to assist you in reaching your coaching goals.

We start with the end in mind, meaning once your packages are completed, we can assess if further coaching sessions are needed however individual coaching sessions should not exceed 6 months.

You will be added to our HJW community for continued support.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Payment methods accepted are Zelle, Cash App and PayPal (Friends & Family Option)
Payment Schedule:

Consultation required: A non-refundable $55 USD is required to book a consultation.

Bronze (3 sessions) coaching package: Full payment due up front and you may schedule all of your coaching sessions at this time.

Gold (6 sessions) coaching package: Half of payment due before your 3 sessions and the remainder is due before the start of your 4th session.

Platinum (9 sessions) package: 1/3 of payment is due before your first 3 sessions, 1/3 is due before your 4th session and the remaining balance is due before the start of your 7th session.

Other forms of support
At the completion of sessions…We family now!!! You will be added to our HJW community in which you will be able to continue to seek support through access to our resources and events such as Bible studies, prayer requests, our blog, connections to other like-minded individuals and couples, retreats, workshops, referrals for other aligned services, listen to sermons (from our church leader Bishop Omar Thibeaux of Philadelphia Christian Church), offers for check ins and tune up sessions and MORE!
Coaching Sessions
All sessions are virtual and require secure Wifi connection, and a quiet and private space to complete sessions. Individual sessions are 60 minutes in length and couple sessions are 75 minutes.
